North East Regional Gathering 2019 – June 8th, Newcastle

The second City of Sanctuary North East Regional Gathering will be held in Newcastle on the 8th June 2019, 10am – 3pm, at George Street Social, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7JN

The gathering will be a great opportunity to celebrate the City of Sanctuary network across the North East and all we have achieved towards building a culture of welcome in our cities, towns and valleys. It will also be an opportunity to learn from each of the six groups, be inspired by stories of welcome, and be resourced to continue the amazing work that goes on across the region.

This year we are delighted to be hosted by Newcastle City of Sanctuary and the gathering will be held in the dynamic George Street Social which supports people on the journey to recovery as well as the wider community.

The event is free and includes lunch.
