Each Regional Gathering has a small amount in its budget available to help CoS groups with travel costs to attend. This is for travel costs only.

Please ensure you have booked a place to attend the event before applying for travel costs. Details of how to book are available on the page for each event. 

Applications for travel costs will be considered on a first come, first serve basis and the following will be prioritised:

  • sanctuary seekers
  • delegates from groups that have not previously attended a Regional Event, the national AGM or a ‘Sanctuary in Parliament’ event

We recommend submitting your application as soon as possible.

If your tickets increase significantly in price after your application has been approved, please check with us before buying.
