Help access asylum seekers to online survey about their wellbeing

Leeds Beckett University is investigating the wellbeing of asylum-seekers and refugees, to gain a fuller understanding of their experiences and coping mechanisms and how they perceive the support they have received on settling in the UK. The research findings will provide support organisations and professionals with a better understanding of the needs of asylum-seekers and refugees, and help in planning services to best meet these needs.

As part of the project, they are running an online survey for asylum-seekers/refugees to complete. Potential participants in the questionnaire will require a reasonable level/understanding of English in order to complete it and they will need to have lived in the UK as an asylum-seeker or refugee for at least two years. As a thank you for participating in the study, individual asylum seekers/refugees have the opportunity to be entered into a prize draw to win one of six £50 Amazon vouchers.
