Justice on the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill

City of Sanctuary has signed the Liberty, Bond, Friends Families and Travellers, Quakers in Britain and Friends of the Earth  joint letter to the Home Secretary and Secretary of State for Justice on the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill. The coordinating group aims to secure wide sign on, across sectors and will publish the letter in September as the Lords begin debating the Bill. This builds on the 250 organisations that signed an open letter on the Bill when it was first introduced in March (https://tinyurl.com/2e9rxac8).

Supporting organisations in the City of Sanctuary networks are invited to join us in signing the open letter via this short form. Please do share widely with your networks and allies. We’ll be updating the letter to reflect new sign-ons on a regular basis.

Please note that they are seeking organisational sign-on, at a senior level.

The statement will be open to sign-on until 03 September.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Rosemary Forest ([email protected]) or Emmanuelle Andrews (EmmanuelleA@libertyhumanrights.org.uk).
