Our Zoom Business account allows calls that are longer than the 40 mins allowed on a free account (the maximum call length is 24 hours). We are now able to schedule meetings for CoS groups across the network who wish to use this facility. We do not normally have the capacity to offer any of the extra features which require the host to be present at the meeting. However, group requests to host their own meetings in order to use these features, will be considered depending on availability and circumstances.
To schedule a meeting
- Email the contact below for your region with
- Meeting date
- Meeting time
- Meeting length
- The coordinator will email you back as soon as they can with the joining details (ID Number and password) for your meeting which you can then share with the participants
- Please leave sufficient time for the meeting to be set up for you – it’s unlikely we’ll be able to respond to requests for the same day
- The details will be different for each meeting that you book unless you want to set up a recurring meeting, in which case the coordinator will give you a code which can be used for every recurrence
- Do not share the meeting joining details with anyone who will not be joining your meeting
- Our default settings are that call recordings are not enabled. If you would like this to be enabled for your meeting, please contact [email protected]
