This is an event designed for local council members, both those already in the City of Sanctuary Local Authority network and those who are not. This will be an opportunity to share information, plans and best practice.
Local Government is at the heart of helping families settle into their communities and access a range of wrap around services. Members of the City of Sanctuary Local Authorities Network have been leading the way in creating, places, policies and practices that ensure people of sanctuary seeking background can find safety and understanding among our communities.
Over 120 LA participants signed up to join the event on the 5th of April.
