All City of Sanctuary groups must ensure that they have a relevant complaints policy in place that is clearly displayed on their website/available to anyone who has interactions with the group. Groups are welcome to use the templates below and edit them to their context. However, groups must ensure that the policy covers all activities carried out by their group. In some circumstances it may be necessary to use sections from more than one template.
