Home Office to take responsibility for stranded asylum seekers in Liverpool

The Home Office have agreed to assist people with emergency travel arrangements if they are stranded as a result of attending the further submissions interview in Liverpool.
If for some reason an asylum seeker is unable to return to their home town following their interview, please contact the Home Office as soon as possible at their Further Submissions Unit Enquiry Line 0151 213 4288 9am to 5pm Monday toFriday.
If anyone needs to contact them outside these hours please call the Home Office Command and Control Unit  on 0207 035 1748/1832 and they will forward the details to the National Support Team.
